Retail and Online Sales Clerk

Full Time: 35 hours per week

$20 - $24  per hour, depending on experience

Do you like Star Wars? Like really, really like Star Wars??

4th Moon Toys is Canada’s Star Wars store. We sell vintage and modern Star Wars toys and collectibles to customers all over the world. We’re looking for someone passionate about Star Wars to help customers in store and online.

You’ll be working with, and selling, the coolest Star Wars stuff from vintage to new releases.

Our ideal candidate is able to work independently to provide an amazing experience for our customers, whether in-person or in online communication.

This position will require you to be in-store four to five days a week, including a minimum of one weekend day.

Retail Duties:

  • Help customers shop for Star Wars stuff and manage cash register
  • Organize inventory and displays
  • Keep the store area clean

Online Duties:

  • Help customers with questions about items in the store, their orders or anything else that comes up via our website contact form, email and social media
  • Organize and maintain email and social inboxes
  • Pick online orders as they come in
  • Contact customers via email and resolve any issues
  • Help with preparing products for sale including cleaning, basic repairs, photography and inventory management

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is trustworthy, honest and hard working with little supervision. Someone who enjoys finding more efficient ways to get things done
  • Has a passion for Star Wars, whether it’s vintage, prequel, sequel or anything in-between
  • Can provide great customer service and a welcoming vibe in-store
  • Has the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively via email and messaging apps

Bonus points for:

  • Excel Skills
  • Experience with Shopify Admin
  • Experience in retail sales
  • You’re also a Star Wars collector
