This shows that they want to be very competitive and cater to Star Wars fans' needs. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is simply professional. Communicating via e-mail has been a successful experience. All of my online orders have been so carefully packaged so that nothing comes damaged. I have been happy each time I get an order at home as it shows that 4th Moon Toys really cares about customer service. I am happy that they do offer free shipping (over $199 CDN) as I usually order in bulk anyways. The value that I get in what I pay for exceeds my expectations. I have searched for some hard-to-get items for a few years and within a few months I have managed to track them down thanks to 4th Moon Toys. I will definitely continue to buy from them and plan to make more in-store visits. The store location is fantastic as they have utilized every inch of a limited space to make it a eye-popping experience! Bought the TVC Poe Damerons X Wing as my first purchase from this store. Item was exactly as described and shown.
