A 1997 Power of the Force release of the A-Wing Fighter, retooled from the scarce 1985 Kenner Droids vehicle — electronics removed, new paint applications replacing most of the original decals, and a revised 1997 date stamp on the mold. The pack-in A-Wing Pilot is the first modern 3.75" release of the character.

- A-Wing Pilot figure (exclusive to this set)
The A-Wing Pilot was tooled specifically to seat correctly in the cockpit. Packaged in a window box consistent with the POTF2 vehicle format.
