In Japan for Return of the Jedi, Tsukuda sold Kenner USA carded figures with a sticker on the back in Japanese. Not all figures were released on with Tsukuda stickers. It's a cool way to pick up a foreign piece at a reasonable price.
Bubble is fully sealed, no cracks or lifting. See last pic, there may some marker covering small litho tears
