Gamorrean Guard Soap – Omni Cosmetics Star Wars
Bath Size Soap, 4 oz | Return of the Jedi | 1983
A Return of the Jedi soap bar from Omni Cosmetics, the Chicago licensee behind the early 1980s Star Wars shampoos, bubble baths and soaps. The green bar is moulded with a Gamorrean Guard in relief. The back panel has Omni's copy telling kids to "Lather up with a Gamorrean Guard."
The Gamorrean Guard was sold only as a single bar. It was never part of Omni's multi-bar soap collections, and it's one of the few Return of the Jedi characters in the Omni soap range. See also the Omni shampoo and bubble bath bottles.
