The second minifigure-scale TIE Bomber in LEGO Star Wars history, released as part of the Return of the Jedi 40th Anniversary wave with a strong minifigure lineup.
Includes:
- Darth Vader minifigure (sw1249) with lightsaber — exclusive version
- Vice Admiral Rae Sloane minifigure (sw1250) — exclusive to this set
- TIE Bomber Pilot minifigure (sw1251) — exclusive to this set
- Gonk Droid figure (sw1252) with cart — exclusive to this set
The bomber features an opening cockpit, a torpedo-drop action function, 2 stud shooters, and the Gonk Droid's torpedo cart. Vice Admiral Rae Sloane's LEGO debut and three of the four figures are exclusive to this set. The previous minifigure-scale TIE Bomber was released in 2003. Retiring July 2026.
