MISB Millennium Falcon Star Wars spaceship, released by Hasbro in 2008 in their Legacy Collection.
This Falcon's better scaled to 3.75" scale figures than Kenner's original or the POTF2 re-release. The Legacy version is also the same overall mold used to make the "Smugglers Run" Falcon.
