Kenner released 3 mini-rigs for the POTF line. These were actually carded when new. Much rarer than all the other mini-rigs. Sometime called body-rigs because they are less like vehicles and more accessory-personal equipment-thingys.
This one comes complete in Tri-Logo box with instructions. The box has wear and is torn on one side. It includes acrylic sliding-bottom case though, which makes it a nice display piece.
