Star Wars Republic Commando Full Color Maquette (Delta Squad) by Gentle Giant Studios

Maquette | 7.5" (19 cm) Tall | Republic Commando Video Game | 2007 | StarWarsShop.com Exclusive | Limited Edition of 513

A StarWarsShop.com exclusive limited edition maquette of Delta Squad from the LucasArts video game Star Wars: Republic Commando, sculpted by Gentle Giant Studios. This one is numbered 139 of 513.

Includes:

• Boss (RC-1138)
• Fixer (RC-1140)
• Sev (RC-1207)
• Scorch (RC-1262)
• Original box

This is no static lineup. The squad is frozen mid assault on a rocky battlefield base, one commando pointing the way forward while the others cover with weapons drawn, and the staggered poses work from every angle, so it looks as good turned around as it does head on. It's a true display piece and a long way from a basic maquette.

The maquette was first sold in an unpainted bronze finish, made to coincide with the game's 2005 release. This full color version adds scars, scorch marks, muddied armour and the "1138" markings that the bronze could not show, with a new paint master for each soldier.
