Shadow scout troopers — also known as storm commandos — are the Empire's covert operatives, trained for deep infiltration missions. Their speeder bikes feature trideflective energy shields designed for silent, undetectable reconnaissance.

This San Diego Comic-Con exclusive introduced the retooled speeder bike mould that Hasbro would later repaint for the Legacy Collection Hoth Speeder Bike Patrol and other Battle Packs. The figure uses the excellent VTSC Biker Scout sculpt in a striking all-black Storm Commando deco, and the bike features detailed weathering with Imperial insignia on the rear stabiliser.
