The complete single-carded lineup from Kenner's 1996 Shadows of the Empire sub-line, which ran alongside Power of the Force II. Based on the multimedia project set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, these five figures brought the novel, comics, and N64 game to the 3.75" scale. Dash Rendar and Prince Xizor were brand-new characters making their first (and for years, only) appearance in action figure form. The character designs were primarily based on concept art by Mike Butkus.

Dash's heavy weapons pack plugs into the figure's back, and Leia's Boushh disguise includes a sculpted thermal detonator in her left hand. All five figures feature the distinctive purple SOTE cardback artwork. A compact sub-line at just five single-carded releases, making a complete set straightforward to assemble.
