Canadian bilingual English/French packaging — "action set / jeu d'action"
A 1978 Star Wars licensing curiosity: in Canada, Play-Doh products were licensed to Parker Brothers rather than Kenner, making this a distinctly Canadian piece of original trilogy merchandise. The set uses character molds to press Play-Doh figures — Darth Vader is prominently featured on the box art — and the packaging carries the original 1977-era Star Wars logo with the golden pyramid artwork. One side of the box is entirely in English, the other a mirror in French ("jeu d'action"), with the Parker Brothers address in Concord, Ontario.
