A 1/24 studio scale TIE Interceptor from MYC Sculptures, digitally modelled by Izan Ramos and standing about 21" tall on its base. This is an insanely detailed piece and the showcase of any collection.

The TIE Interceptor debuted in Return of the Jedi, where Joe Johnston and Larry Tan designed it with dagger shaped wings and four laser cannons for the Battle of Endor. ILM built its filming miniatures in two scales, and MYC painted this model in two finishes, a clean one similar to the screen used miniatures and a weathered one.

It is cast in solid poly resin (polystone and PU) and hand painted. It measures about 14.5" wide by 20" deep by 21" high with the long rod (19" with the short one) and weighs about 20 lbs. The longer rod matches the cockpit height of MYC's TIE Fighter, and the model uses magnet supports.

MYC offered it with optional cockpit glass, cockpit light and a 181st stripe, in the same 1/24 scale as its TIE Fighter, TIE Advanced and AT-ST. It sold out quickly after the September 2023 pre-order, and MYC Sculptures ended its Star Wars line in May 2024.
