An original Topps counter display box for the 1980 Empire Strikes Back Giant Photocards, the oversized companion to the regular ESB card series. The box has its pop up header marked 20¢ and 36 CT, the way it would have sat on a store counter during the summer of 1980.

Includes:

• Original 36 count display box with pop up header
• 1 sealed Giant Photocards pack

Each pack held a single 5" x 7" glossy card from a 30 card set of scenes from the film. The backs of cards 1 to 15 show a photo checklist of the first half of the set, and cards 16 to 30 show the second half. The pack wrapper has the yellow Darth Vader design with the "All 30" starburst. Single sealed packs are also listed separately (sealed Giant Photocards pack).
