Micro Machines Ultimate Saga Battles - Epic Battles 2015 Toys R Us Exclusive Boxed Set: Contains a space-themed 'battle mat' for display, 24 Micro Machines vehicles and 24 mini figures.
Micro Machines Action Fleet mini-figures and Micro Machines scale ships are one of the best series of Star Wars toys to come out the late 1990's. While Hasbro went off-track with their muscular 3.75" '90s line, Galoob was making highly detailed micro versions of the best ships from the Star Wars universe.
This set is an interesting mix of 1990s Galoob Micro Machines and newer trilogy era characters/ships, as it was produced by Hasbro after their 1998 acquisition of Galoob.
The mini figures made by Micro Machines are pretty much the same scale as the Micro Galaxy Squadron toys currently on store shelves. The minature ships scales vary, but they all contain an impressive amount of detail for their size and durability.
