The 2005 Evolutions Darth Vader sculpt retooled with a new three-piece removable helmet — dome, face plate, and collar piece — revealing Anakin's scarred portrait underneath. Packaged on the Kenner-style Empire Strikes Back cardback.

This is the Canadian offerless variant — no Boba Fett mail-away sticker on the card front. The multilingual cardback carries a 2011 copyright date and references the original 1980–1982 Kenner ESB Darth Vader card with Survival Kit offer. The cross-sell strip shows the ESB Wave 1 lineup: Cloud Car Pilot, Dengar, Luke Skywalker, Leia, and Han Solo.
