3.75" Scale Figure | Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back | 2010 | Ultimate Galactic Hunt
The Ultimate Galactic Hunt foil version of VC8. Foil cards were a 2010 Hasbro chase promotion: a small run of Vintage Collection figures printed on silver foil cardbacks and seeded randomly into standard case assortments, so collectors had to hunt them out of regular retail shipments rather than buy them as a set.
Includes:
- Darth Vader figure (VC8) on silver foil cardback
- Red lightsaber
- Three-piece removable helmet: dome, face mask, and collar
- Soft-goods cape
The figure inside is identical to the standard Wave 1 release, a retool of the 2005 Evolutions Vader with a new head and the three-piece helmet; the foil cardback is the entire difference. Foil cards were produced only in that first year of The Vintage Collection.
