VC16 was part of wave two, revealed at San Diego Comic-Con in 2010 and shipping that September. That wave was the first time characters from outside the original trilogy were packaged on the Kenner style Vintage card. The figure is the 2005 Revenge of the Sith Obi-Wan with Pilot Gear, with a soft goods robe in place of the original hard plastic one, and the back of the card shows the original 2004 to 2005 Obi-Wan card.
