Zeb's second TVC Deluxe release — this time in his New Republic pilot uniform as seen in The Mandalorian and Grogu, a significant step up from the brief cameo he made in The Mandalorian Season 3. Voiced throughout by Steve Blum, Zeb has been part of the Star Wars animated universe since Rebels (2014–2018), where he served as the Ghost crew's muscle and one of the last surviving Lasat warriors. The film marks his most prominent live-action appearance to date, fighting alongside Din Djarin against Imperial Remnant forces.

The Deluxe packaging format gives Zeb the oversized closed-box treatment his larger Lasat frame warrants — same approach as the 2024 Rebels Season 1 Deluxe release, now updated for his film appearance.
