The earlier "Wampa" box release — before Kenner updated the packaging to read "Hoth Wampa" — with the bilingual English/French subtitle: Snow Creature from HOTH / Bête des Neiges de HOTH.
In the original Kenner Canada bilingual English/French box, produced at roughly 10% of US volume. The swinging arm action feature works by pulling the arm back and releasing — a simple but effective play mechanic that captures the creature's attack pose from The Empire Strikes Back.
