This is a licensed coin bank made by Vinolos Romay of Mexico. They made 3 banks, R2, Yoda and Vader. They are quite hard to find. They deteriorate rapidly in the Mexican heat, so this one is actually in quite excellent condition, it's the best I've seen. Also, I think Yoda has a moustache, which is cool.
